KLR – Land Revenue Matters
We handle disputes and proceedings under the Karnataka Land Revenue Act, including challenges to revenue entries, mutation orders, survey settlements, and appeals before the High Court arising from orders of the Revenue Appellate Tribunal and other revenue authorities.
Real Estate & Property
From title disputes and encroachment matters to partition suits and specific performance of agreements, our property litigation practice covers all facets of real estate disputes. We also advise on property acquisition, transfer documentation, and High Court challenges to civil court decrees.
Intellectual Property
We represent clients in IP enforcement and infringement matters before the High Court, including copyright disputes, trademark conflicts, and design protection. Our work spans both injunctive relief proceedings and substantive IP litigation requiring appellate intervention.
Taxation Matters
Our tax litigation team handles direct and indirect tax disputes before the Karnataka High Court. This includes income tax appeals, GST writ petitions, customs and excise challenges, and matters arising from orders of the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and other tax authorities.
Labour & Service Matters
We represent employers, employees, and public servants in labour and service law disputes — including wrongful termination, disciplinary proceedings, wage disputes, and service conditions. We appear in matters arising from the Labour Court, Industrial Tribunal, and Karnataka Administrative Tribunal.
Writ Petitions & Appeals
The writ jurisdiction of the High Court is a powerful constitutional remedy. We file and argue writ petitions under Articles 226 and 227 challenging arbitrary state action, enforcing fundamental rights, and seeking judicial review. We also handle first appeals and letters patent appeals with rigour and care.
